This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 444 k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you"). 444 k is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license.

2. Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account with 444 k:

3. Account Rules
3.1 Registration
You must register with a valid, active mobile number or email address. All information provided at registration must be truthful and up to date.
3.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
3.3 Password & Security
- Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- Notify 444 k immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
3.4 KYC Verification
444 k may request identity verification (KYC) in the following cases: prior to withdrawal, upon changes to account details, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents: National ID or passport, and a recent bank statement.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money by placing a specified amount in wagers.

- If wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Two bonuses cannot be active or used simultaneously.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
444 k uses advanced systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonuses may be voided and accounts suspended in the following cases:
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements solely through low-risk bets using bonus balance.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits in coordination with other users.
6. Game & Betting Rules
All games on the 444 k platform operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random.
- If your internet connection drops during a game, it will be automatically saved at its last state.
- If a technical error renders the outcome of any game uncertain, 444 k reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
- In Sports Betting, a wager cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted, unless the event itself is cancelled.
- Winnings arising from a software malfunction or display error will not be paid out.
7. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All 444 k members must adhere to the following rules:
- Any attempt to interfere with or hack the platform's security or operations is strictly prohibited.
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward customer support staff or other members is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial means to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized collection or misuse of another member's account information is strictly prohibited.
Warning: Participation in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate permanent account closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closed at Member's Request
Any member may close their account at any time. Available balances can be withdrawn before closure (any active bonuses will be forfeited).
9.2 Closure by 444 k
444 k reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following cases:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If registration is completed using false information.
- If bonus abuse or any attempt at fraud is detected.
- Upon receipt of a court order or direction from a law enforcement authority.
9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability
444 k is not liable for the following:
- Losses resulting from an internet connection failure.
- Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence.
- Delays caused by third-party payment processing.
- Financial loss from gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.
444 k's liability shall not exceed the total balance held in the member's account under any circumstances.
11. Terms Amendment Policy
444 k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For any significant changes:
- Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
- Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, and the platform's notice board.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
